By submitting an online order from Claremont Grazing Co you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Delivery Policy

Please ensure an adult of 18 years old is available at delivery location at time of delivery as grazing boxes are perishable. If grazing box is not going to be consumed within 2 hours of delivery time, ensure there is a refrigerator at delivery location to comply with food safety standards. 

Delivery fees will apply for orders delivered 6 miles from 91711 zip code.

Online Order 

Once an order request form has been submitted and we have reached out to you to confirm order within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required via online in order to secure delivery time. Final payment is due day of delivery. 

Please note no changes to your order can be made within 5 days of your delivery date.

Payments

Payment policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm delivery time, and the remaining balance is required day of delivery. Please note your order is NOT confirmed until a deposit is received. 

Payment can be received via Zelle or Venmo @claremontgrazingco

Cancellation Policy

Upon placing your order we reserve your delivery time. We understand life happens and if you need to cancel your order and it's more than 7 days prior to your delivery date, we are happy to refund your deposit. 

If you cancel less than 7days before delivery date, you will NOT receive a refund.
To cancel an order, please contact us via email at claremontgrazingco@gmail.com immediately and include your name and order number.

Food Allergies Disclaimer

Individuals with allergies should not consume our grazing boxes. Our grazing boxes may contain or have come in contact with common food allergens including (but not limited to) peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, eggs, wheat, or dairy products.

Please note that our boxes may be added with flowers, or certain holiday decor but Please do NOT consume such items.

Food Handling

When products are received, please keep refrigerated and consume within 24-48 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of the food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 2 hours, to comply with food safety standards.

Claremont Grazing Co LLC will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.
